Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

To contract with www.crossthelimits.co.uk, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. www.crossthelimits.co.uk retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. Therefore, all prices advertised are subject to such changes.

(a) Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement. It will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will be formed once we confirm by email that the goods you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent during dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability

While we ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. We will treat the order as cancelled if we cannot contact you. You will receive a full refund if you cancel and have already paid for the goods.

In addition, delivery costs will be charged; such charges are displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

(c) Payment

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure sufficient funds for the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon debiting your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email, the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased, as listed in the confirmation email.

Every client is served in the best possible way. Still, unfortunately, a return that is sent back without the points mentioned above will be held for seven days, and after this time, if we don’t hear from you, the parcel will be destroyed, and the refund will not be honoured.

Shipping

Our main task as a brand of Cross The Limits is to support your struggle to achieve your dream figure and reach all your set sports goals. We understand very well how big a role well-chosen supplementation plays in this process. That is why we have ensured that the procedures for overseas shipments are as simple and fast as possible to ensure that our products reach you as quickly as possible.

When you buy supplements from the Cross The Limits store, you get a guarantee that:

– We will take care of all formalities related to the shipment of goods to the EU;
– You will not have to pay customs duties, taxes and other additional fees;
– We will take care of entirely tight and safe packaging of all the supplements you buy;
– You will be able to keep track of the status of your shipment, as well as the assumed delivery date;
– You are buying a full-quality product that meets all quality standards.

We understand that Brexit has made international shipping procedures more complicated. The change in international regulations has forced us to modify our existing procedures for delivering orders to EU member countries. One of the most significant changes is that we no longer deliver such orders directly from the UK warehouse to customers. However, as Cross The Limits, we have ensured that the new regulations allow us to deliver ordered products efficiently. So, what does overseas shipping look like after the changes described above?

We have now introduced a new shipping model that involves sending goods to our warehouse, which is located in the EU. Such shipping allows us to speed up a lot of paperwork when shipping packages to the EU. So, how does the whole procedure look in practice?

If you order supplements from one of the EU member countries, your package will first be directed to our warehouse in the EU, and then already from the EU territory, we will send it to you with the help of a courier company. This is the fastest and most cost-effective way of shipping, ensuring you receive your package quickly. Of course, at all times, you can track your shipment and check the current delivery status. All this is done so that you can know when the ordered shipment will reach you.

What will the average delivery time look like in this case? It already depends on factors such as the number of parcels ordered, the weight of the products and the destination address (country), but we would like to say it will take no longer than ten days.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We do not take any responsibility for wrong, missed, or incorrect details provided by customers. We will not refund or replace an order regarding this matter. You must ensure that the Personal Information you provide is accurate and complete and that all ordering or registration details (where applicable) contain your correct name, address, and other requested details. Please read our privacy policy for more information about how we deal with your Personal Information.

International/Customs Duties & Fees

Returns of orders paid via pay by link will be credited as vouchers to our store.
